HAHA yes people. the title is true.Well on the whole it was a decent tournament for us, but there are several positives and negatives that we need to take into consideration for next year. (btw, the next years exco will be selected tomorrow!!! =D)
Our semi final was easily one of the best games that we have played all year round. Playing the tournament favourites, RJC, we were sent into bat. Although Nikunj lost his wicket quickly, decent partnerships allowed us to post a decent score of 109 (the first team to score more than a hundred against RJC!!!)
Our bowling was pretty good too, Bala took 3 quick wickets, to cause a bit of fluster amongst the RJC batsmen, but well, a good innings by Prem saved them the blushes.
Our third-fourth match was quite a different. We played very badly, (god knows why) and we were bowled out for 60, which the SAJC batsmen knocked off with ease.
But well, this long drawn out tournament is finally over!!!
